At the bottom of this page there is an on-line form, simply fill it in and submit it, and transfer your payment, and we will send you out a membership card.
OR – you can download one of the Membership Forms below (as either a Word document or pdf file), fill it in and bring it along to the next DSJC Jazz Night. Alternatively, you can post a form (along with the membership fee) to

Payment ($30 for the first year, then $25 a year to renew)
Cheque payable to Down South Jazz Club, or cash payment at a DSJC gig, or direct deposit in the DSJC bank account with your name as a reference [IMB Bank – BSB 641 800, account 0291 05697]. Payments can also be sent to our registered PayID – treasurer@downsouthjazzclub.org.au
